We are planning to start moving away from internal combustion engines (there’s about 25 petrol and diesel engines on farm) and replace with electric…but first we have to beef up the power system. Lots more panels, racks and controls. We started off, in 1991, with just 200w of panels and a truck battery. We will soon have about 8000w so clearly, a job that has been many years in the making.
