Donna is flat out keeping up with our friends milking cow. 18 rounds of parmesan so far and even some butter (soooo beautiful). Donna starts with the parmesan because it takes a year to cure. Once the years supply has been done (about 26 rounds) it'll be time to start on the softer cheeses. Each round uses about 8 litres of milk!
