With the end of spring comes the time to process animals to the freezer ready for the coming six months. A newly installed (donated) kitchen makes the job so much easier.
We try to use as much of each animal as possible. The stomach and other internals are buried in the vegie garden, bones are being used as fish food in the dam and skins are being prepared for tanning.
